Product Warranty and Conditions
The warranty period is 1 year for all products and the time is calculated from the date of delivery. The warranty only covers parts, work is not included.
The use of the machine must be in accordance with the operating instructions with 1 shift work. Normal consumables such as wheels and batteries are not covered by the warranty unless there is a clear defect in design.
The condition for processing the guarantee is that the application contains the following information:
- TYPE OF DEVICE
- SERIAL NUMBER
- UNDER WHICH CONDITIONS THE PRODUCT HAS WORKED
- DESCRIBE THE FAULT IN THE DEVICE
- SPARE PART NUMBER
- PERIODIC MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN PERFORMED BY AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE N ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATOR’S MANUAL
